“Once you can play well, living and working well quickly follow.”

Lauren Silver, the founder of PlayWell, brings a unique blend of expertise and creativity, drawing on over 15 years of experience working with creative and corporate clients worldwide.
Her work is charming, joyful, and full of humanity, and she campaigns for proactive and preventative mental health care within the workplace.

As a seasoned Welfare Consultant and a “jolly-anxious” clown, Lauren’s joyful, human-centred approach effectively sparks change in workplace wellbeing. With certifications in Mental Health First Aid and from the Counselling Foundation, Lauren advocates for proactive and preventative mental health care across all sectors

Lauren’s coaching infuses work and life with playfulness and creativity, empowering people to unlock confidence, joy, and a renewed sense of purpose. Throughout her career, she has developed a unique purposeful play toolkit—tailored strategies that help individuals and teams cultivate resilience, boost innovation, and foster authentic connections. Her workshops and training sessions, grounded in behavioural change and leadership principles, help teams break down communication barriers, adapt to change, and nurture organisational creativity.

Her background as a clown has taken her to stages worldwide, from London’s Vaudeville Theatre to the Sydney Opera House, and it’s this spirit of play and connection that she brings into her training. As a corporate coach, Lauren works with leaders from international humanitarian agencies and creative organisations, guiding them in Personal Impact, Creative Strategic Thinking, Crisis and Conflict Management, Innovation, Behavioural Change, and Leadership.

Having personally navigated challenges surrounding mental health, Lauren is deeply committed to helping workplaces build cultures of support and empathy. Her work brings a fresh, playful perspective that transforms workplace dynamics, enabling teams to communicate openly, thrive under pressure, and embrace each other’s potential.
